Dr. Stephen Vultaggio opened this practice in 1992. His son, Dr. Andrew Vultaggio, now works beside him, with same day crowns, 3-D scanning and an in-office dental lab under one roof on Thoreau Street.

A historical reenactor with the Concord Minutemen, Dr. Stephen treats the town’s history as family history. The practice did not change hands, it gained a generation.

A family-owned, non-corporate practice led by a father-and-son team. Patients notice the continuity: “As with his father Stephen, Andrew references the previous appointment and takes notes of what to follow through on at the future visit.”
Dr. Stephen and Dr. Andrew Vultaggio, joined by Dr. Juliana Enriquez, who is completing her endodontics residency at Tufts and is married to Dr. Andrew.
Born in Concord and raised in Reading. Residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard University Medical and Dental Schools, then family and cosmetic dentistry in Concord since 1992. Appointed Middlesex District Delegate for the Massachusetts Dental Society in 2023.

A Concord native and lifelong Concord resident. General, cosmetic and restorative dentistry, with continuing education in implant placement, root canal therapy, cosmetic dentistry and facial esthetics with Botox. Uses 3-D printing for retainers, night guards and whitening trays.

Originally from Cali, Colombia. BS summa cum laude from the University of Florida, then Harvard, where she won the Nesbit Award for highest clinical excellence. Now an endodontics resident at Tufts, she looks forward to joining the practice once her residency is complete.

Karen has managed the office since the practice opened in 1992. Jessica, a Concord native, runs marketing and operations, and William coordinates insurance, billing and treatment plans. The assistants and hygienists are the ones you will see in the chair.

Office policies
We are in-network with select BlueCross BlueShield and Delta Dental plans. As a courtesy we submit claims on your behalf, including to plans with out-of-network benefits, and can give you a pre-treatment estimate on request. Coverage is ultimately between you and your insurer, so please confirm it before treatment.
For $559 a year: two hygiene cleanings with dental exams, one set of diagnostic x-rays, and two emergency visits with a diagnostic x-ray if needed. Members also save 15% on cosmetic, preventative and restorative treatment, or 20% at 65 and older. Children 10 and under join for $459. It is not insurance, cannot be combined with dental insurance, and is valid only at our office.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, so another patient can have the time. Changes with less notice may be billed a $75 fee. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; beyond that we may need to reschedule.
Diagnostic x-rays are routinely recommended so that treatment is safe and effective. You may decline them by signing an informed refusal, but repeated refusal can limit our ability to meet the standard of care.
A deposit, based on your insurance benefits, pre-treatment estimate, office fees or membership pricing, is required to begin major or cosmetic treatment. Statements are mailed weekly and payment is typically due within two weeks. Balances unpaid after 30 days may be subject to late fees.
